All our products are 100% brand new and not precut ribbons until customers ordered by quantity. All products are being review careful before ship out to customers. Sometime, it could be damage through the shipping company or by weather, but the chance is very small and if you happen to received the damage item, please send us a picture of damaged package, contact us and if you could return the package we will send the replacement items right away. If you purchased by mistake colors or size, you are welcome to send back to request change the correct colors or sizes, but you will be charge for shipping cost to re-delivery package to you again.
